• Uptime monitoring - We're alerted if your site goes down
• Small content edits - Text changes, image swaps, and minor updates

How to Request Changes

Submit requests via email. We handle requests asynchronously and typically respond within 2-3 business days.

What's Not Included

The following are treated as separate projects with their own scope and pricing:

• Major redesigns or visual overhauls
• New page creation
• New features or functionality
• Complex integrations
• Large copy rewrites or content migrations
